Im on Orange and the sound on my phone has broke, so how can i top up?

I dropped my phone, and now the sound isn't working when I call. The music speakers are fine, just not the calling speakers. I need to be able to call 453 to top-up or check my credit balance. Is there any other alternatives to checking credit on my Blackberry?
