I don't get it but i feel like im gaining weight but my deit consists of very little fat. please help!!
my diet:
9:30 - 10:00 AM: venti skinny vanilla latte from starbucks
1:30-2:00 PM: either a fruit salad: apples, melon, cantelope or a Salad with grilled veggies on top - balsamic and little olive oil for dressing
6:00 PM: (same as lunch) - once a week i add shrimp or a peice of fish for dinner.
