Well first, it is unhealthy to loose to much weight a week. You should only loose 1.5 to 2 pounds per week. And you should have somewhere around an intake of 2,000 calories. It depends on your age. You would have to look that up. You should drink about 6 cups of water a day and 1 to 2 cups of milk a day. And don't drink your calories. So if you drink soda, drink diet. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. And make sure you have enough protein. Chicken is very good. I hope I helped.
