I had an ultra sound at 20 weeks and the tech told me she was "93% sure" it was a girl. She said she only saw to "slits" but nothing "popped up" durning the ultra sound. Likely hood it will be a girl? And I've only gained 10 pounds and I am 32 weeks and a few days, is that okay? Will that give any idea how big the baby will be?

I had 7 ultrasounds (where my mother worked they had an ultrasound tech and she "practiced" on me) trying to see what my baby was....we supposed that is was a girl because surely we would have seen something pop up! HE WAS A BOY!

I lost weight with my second pregnancy and I am losing weight with my current pregnancy. My second pregnancy, I only ended up being about 10lbs more than i was when I got pregnant. He was 8lbs2oz...and I was induced early. He was only born about 10 days early but the doctor induced because he was afraid that the baby could be 12lbs (although I had only gained about 10lbs), he thought this from statistics because my first child weighed 9lbs8oz.

I dont think how much you gain has anything to do with how big the baby will be! And I wouldnt buy too much girl stuff either...well have fun and splurge on her...just hang on to the receipts!

if shes 93% then its most likely a girl. and your weight is fine! as long as your baby is growing and gaining weight you are good! my mother only gained 20 lbs when she was pregnant with me and she was 42 wks when she had me! your good, if your baby was to small they would know it!
