I'm a 23 year old female and have had severe stomach issues for 5 years. Doctors are not helping, so I'm on my own for now. I just found this board on my lunch break, and I'm about to head back to work, but I am so excited to come back here to research what helps YOU so maybe it will help me.

I just started Prevacid last night, and I'm eager to see how it works. I'm going to take two pills tonight (15mg each) so maybe I can eat tomorrow. I'm in so much pain right now but am starving. Oh well, hopefully I'll be able to eat tonite!

I started prevacid almost two months ago and i can now eat. I hope prevacid works as well for you as it has for me becaue like you i was starving.
