Two days ago, I accidentally broke a statue. The lady said it caused $200 of damage, so we paid her afterward, and I apologized. I have court, but I'm not completely sure when. What's going to happen in court? I've never done anything like this before, and I'm really scared. I have social anxiety disorder, so talking in public is terrifying to me, and I know I'm going to have to in court. Worst of all, I'm grounded, my dad's not telling me how long, I just hope it doesn't go into the summer vacation.
Oh yeah, the cop said it was my first offense, and criminal misdemeanor if that makes a difference.
