I'm a 16 year old girl, i just found it strange that i seem to have a lot of left over muscle from when I was little. I used to exercise a lot, almost two years ago i cut it down by a vast amount to free up some time for music. Now I am a lot stronger than all my friends.. even the ones who play competitively in teams, i can just throw myself down and do piles of push-ups or sit-ups or i can still run very fast, does anyone know why?
Oh I'm 5ft 3 by the way, and am a size 8 frame.
