Today is Gage's birthday party.
Yesterday I cleaned my ass off and made 4 pounds of potato salad....Ive made like 50 cupcakes ect..

Wake up today to no AC.

Thats right...house full of people and NO FUCKING AIR CONDITIONING.

Seriously....Im sweating so bad I cant even pull up my maternity pants properly.
 
Wow that sucks so bad, not only is it summer but you're pregnant. I feel for ya honey. Get thee to a mall! Or a movie theater, both cold places and a mall is a cheap diversion if you don't buy anything.
 
Believe me...any day but today our ass would be at walmart or the movie theatre. (we dont have a mall for 60 miles)

But today we have a house full of people set to get here after church for Gage's birthday party. So literally we are quite stuck here.
 
Try getting Ice from somewhere? placing them in bins all over the apartment..it could help..I've seen you have those huge packs of ice you can buy... Here we go to McDonalds and have a coolerbag with us and just ask for it, they gladly give it :happysad:

Lynn, when we were in Denver we didn't have an ac remember? get your shirt wet and throw it on, dripping or not is your own preference. It'll keep you cool for a couple of hours, then just get it wet again. You don't want to end up in the hospital =\
 
We got a swamp fan and dry ice...I also took a cold shower and am free-boobing it.

Im pretty sure this party is gonna be short lol.

We have 3 fans in the living room going with dry ice under them....we look so white trash...its hilarious!
 
Ouch, I remember when the AC went out at my apartment a few weeks ago. It sucked balls. But it must suck even more, since you have people over and you're preggers.


Just stick with the dry ice, that shit is cold and lasts forever.

It's shaped like a tower and like 3 feet tall. But it's worth it.
 
yeah...our ac is back :) we now have a buttload of fans should it go out again.


I was pissed because the fan blowing on me all right gave me a weird skin chaffing, and also it was so loud I didnt hear when D called....so I got emo.

but we have our ac back so all is good...

and jude it was exactly like trying to put leather pants on a barbie.
