PLEASE HELP! ASAP!!? Okay so im just a kid but I must know.(15 btw)
Sooo our house is in foreclosure and there is alot of things i have to know.\
The lawyer told my mom that the bank WANTS our house because there is so much equity put into it. (the house price was 300k), and my mom only owes 115k. our house value is now 405k and me and mom are stressing.
We are on a loan for 30 years. The lawyer is saying that we have to have proof of making 4200 dollars ridiculous!!!! And hes also saying that we have to pay 100% back due to equity. What can we do. Mom has no job and dad lives a world away Africa (we live in USA CA ) AND he only sends 2000 a month.
Im screwed because I have read that banks are only light on forclosure's with equity of 34,850 and below.
Telol me what to do ASAP
