There are details provided by the seller, he is asking $1200 but would take $1000.

I am the third owner of bike. It has a clean title.

Bike has never been laid down but was knocked over in parking lot.
Missing stock right rear view mirror.
Small scratch on right fairing.
Small scratches on right exhaust.
No start up problems/reliable.
39,000 miles
Does need new front tire but is still in decent shape/rideable.
Front forks are slightly squishy possibly need rebuild.

This bike was my daily rider but I must sell as I am moving out of state.

I would have to see it for myself, but if it's just the way you described, that's a great price if it's running well. Old bikes need more care and maintenance than a newer bike, but nothing you shouldn't be able to handle. In its day, that old GSXR was a screamin fast bike. If you are a good rider, it can still give most people a run for their money.

I would go for it.

That price isn't too bad, but maybe a little high. That bike has higher miles, and needs a few things. I would consider paying that much if the bike didn't need any thing, and if I knew the engine had been rebuilt. I would keep looking, there are many great bikes that are cheap right now. They always sell cheaper in the winter time. I got my 99 Katana that's in perfect condition, needed nothing, engine had 4,000 miles, and custom paint(show winner every time). for $2,400. and that was in the summer. I've seen so many nice Katanas on ebay in the last month sell for that same price, and are immaculate. Not trying to paint a bad picture, I'm just trying to let you know what's out there.
