I'm looking to buy a Toyota Tundra or Tacoma truck in the Chicago area.?

Upon what price range do you think I would be looking at? What I'm interested in are the following...

1. 1999 or newer
2. less than 120,000 miles
3. extended cab
4. CD Player
5. Power windows and locks
6. 4x4
7. 4 or 6 cylinder engine.

What else should I look out for? My knowledge of buying/selling or searching automobiles really isn't my forte, so I need some help.

Also, if you recommend some sort of auto-trader, or auction service...let me know.
 
I would go American with a truck. The F-150 of that era was a better truck and you can probably find them cheaper. Also MAKE SURE that it isn't rusting. That seems to be an issue with BOTH trucks. You live in Chicago so you're in the snow belt. Again MAKE SURE the frame isn't rusting.
