...chain of command says sinc? my chain of command says that since i just got pinned E-5 it's not a good idea because i haven't had any soldier time( training and leading soldiers). My first sergeant said he was going to talk to the sergeant major and i got word through the plat sgt that the sgt maj said no. I have spoken to the air assault school first sergeant and he said he was willing to except me if i could get a letter of release from my sgt maj. i feel like i'm getting the run around and being held back from what i can accomplish in my army career. help me please!!!!
