Ok, I know a lot of yall are gonna say it's excessive, but I've always settled for cheaper systems, so I wanted to put one together that I really want since I have extra cash from being deployed. I have all the following things already waiting for me when I get back home, so I'm just looking for input on other things to upgrade or add to it that will help make it better. I have a 200-amp Excessive Amperage alternator and an Optima Yellow Top battery, I'll be doing the big 3 with 1/0 gauge cable, and running 2- 1/0 cables to a distibution block in the trunk. That's all gonna power a JBL GTO24001 mono-block amp, and a JBL GTO1004 4-channel amp. The mono-block is gonna be pushing 6 JBL P1022 10" subs, at a final impedance of 2.667 which should draw somewhere near 2200W RMS. The 4-channel will be pushing 2 sets of JBL P650C components up front, wired to 2 ohms, and one set of the same components in the rear at 4 ohms. I already have a Kenwood KDC-MP738U head unit that's running to a Clarion EQS746 7-band equalizer installed. All the power wires are Kicker, and all the RCA's and speaker wires (10 gauge) are Monster Cable Xtreme. I know how to build proper boxes to the right sizes, and I'll be lining most of my car with Dynomat. I'm just looking for constructive criticism on the whole setup. I don't wanna hear it's too much either, I'm trying to get my name out there so I can do installs for people on base. Oh, and I'm not into all the tv's and stuff, but I have installed all that stuff before.
