Try the Once Upon a Time series. They have remakes of old fairy tales like Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Mulan, etc.
Very interesting and enjoyable reads... Although Snow White was an odd one.
You can also try Susan Sizemore's vampire prime series books. Those are pretty sexually intense though. Rated NC-17
Wolf of Haskell Hall (NC-17 sex scenes)
Other than those, Howl's Moving Castle was also a nice fantasy/romance.
