I have clients that has apartment building for sale and the cash return are 20-25% after depht service and 100% occupied. These apartment are located in NY,OH,FL,CA,,and more and im looking for a pardner who is willing to put 20% Down on does deal and split the profit 50/50

These appartment building are from $1,000,000 and Above.
The numbers look GOOD Can anyone help me?
