Sorry honey, it just doesnt work that way. If it did, anyone could be famous, and in reality, the film industry is hands down the most competitive industry in the world. There are 2 spots for every million actors in movies, and you have to have tons of professional experience, along with a top agent to get any sort of role in any movie- and blockbusters star actors who are already famous- they never hire girls or boys who have no experience. Auditions for that kind of thing are close or non-existent. You have to start at the very bottom and TRY to work your way up, but to be totally honest, the vast majority of people who try to get into productions any higher up than small theater plays do not succeed. You have to know the harsh reality of the business before you try to get started. It takes those actors you see in movies years upon years and rejection upon rejection before they land even small film roles. Luck, good looks and vast talent got them further than that.
