Is that the inline 4.0L or the 2.5L 4 cylinder?
Check eBay and www.car-part.com
Check your yellow pages for junkyards and/or auto salvage.
Find out what other vehicles and years used that particular engine and see if you can find one from a similar model.
The 4.0L is a pretty popular engine and should be easy to find.
