I'm looking for a missing dll on the pc game dexter?

I downloaded the pc game Dexter
But now theres a dll missing (fmodex.dll)
BUT as soon as i download that dll and try to open the game a message pops up saying :
"The procedure entry point FMOD_System_CreateDSPByPlugin could not be located in the dynamic link library fmodex.dll.

Please help :)
