There are several games I enjoy or want to enjoy more fully than what I can do with my HP Pavilion laptop, but I really don't want to buy a giant electricity consumer. Is it possible for me to build a desktop that can play games like Empire: Total War, COD 4, 5, and the new one coming with a 300 watt psu?
