I'm looking for a good book on religions one that will discuss all the religions...

...in the world? I want to study and learn more about different religions and beliefs systems. I'm hoping someone can suggest a good book or author. I don't a book that would remind me of my old boring 7 grade textbooks. I want something that would completely captivate my attention and present this information in a new light.
 
Well I don't know how old you are.. there is a good book that I recommend to everyone, but it is hard to read. I suggest reading it slowly and outlining it if necessary. It is very deep. "A New Vision of Reality", by Bede Griffiths. He covers science, psychology, Jewish, Christian, Islam and very heavy on Hindu and Buddhism. He shows how they can all fit in with Jesus as the Christ.

Also some books about the real teaching of Christianity would be "The Orthodox Way, by Father Ware.
