...that has take out.? I just want a cheap, good Cuban or Latin American restaurant in Minneapolis/St.Paul that has take out. Or if you know of a good authentic cheap Mexican place. I've noticed that the crappy hole in the wall places usually have the best food. Perhaps a place on Lake Street?

Yahoo Local gave me four places under Cuban and Two under Latin including the one you mention. None were on Lake Street
