In this sketch, he is talking to a man who is from the Institute of Directors about the "Fat Cat" phrase, relating to high-up directors.
At one point, Borat says about a creature of Kazakhstan called a "Cat-oo-ley".
I'm not sure how to spell this so I cannot find the clip on the Internet.
