Im looking for a book?

Im just wondering if anyone knows the name of a book i read a while ago. What happens is for whateva reason anyone over the age of 19 or so dies and anyone under the age of 13 dies i think. ( i know kinda stupid plot) and the story is just about what the kids did after that.
