im live in los angeles california and wondering where is a good place to go camping?

i want to go camping but don't know wheres the good spots, ive been to big bear, sequoia and its pretty good, i know yosemite is good but its too far and i only have 2 nights and 3 days off, the activities i want to do the most is fishing, hiking and lots of tress like sequoia any good spots u guys been to? thx for your time
