I'm leasing a 2008 buick enclave and absolutely love it except the tires..?

they're cheap and at 30,000 miles I have to replace them because they're bald as can be. Any recommendations of what cost effective tires I could purchase for them? I have a front wheel drive and live in Wisconsin. My lease is up in 12 months so I don't want anything pricey, but do want something reliable.
 
Check the ratings all tires have , marked on the side wall is the wear,temperature ,and grip,rating a good wear is approx 400 to 500 you pay a little more but they last longer 200 to 300 only give you 20,000 to 30,000 miles , example some performance tires only have low wear ratings because they grip and perform well but wear quikly,Also cheap tires do the same with out the safety .You can buy a good all round tire for approx $75.00 that will give you safe and lasting properties.
