I'm interested in buying an iPhone, although my cellphone carrier does not carry them..?

I've been with Virgin Mobile for a couple years. I love their service and I would like to stay with them. Seeing as they do not carry iPhones, I was wondering if they'd be able to add it to my contract/account/subscription if I'd be able to get my hands on one.

I know I should probably be asking my cellphone carrier this question, but I'm guessing someone has already tried switching cells but not the carrier with either success or failure.. lol
 
You have two options. Switch over to at&t or forget about the iphone...at least for a while. GSM and CDMA are not compatible networks so forget about trying to unlock a phone and get it to work. Probally not what you wanted to hear, but it is whÃ*t it is.
 
You just have to pay extra money to switch a different carrier to a phone service. : )
