On Aug 31, 2009 at 7:15 Am on this street called Eden Glen, " I " supposedly did not stop when a school bus stopped.
The thing is.. I was still sleeping when this happened...
I do not leave my house untill 7:30 EVERY MORNING.
and I do not even pass this street when i do leave in the morning.. it is the oppisite direction of where I need to go.
I acutally never even go that way, ever.
But somehow they got my plate number and sent me a court notice and a fine for 165$ for something someone else did. I got a ticket for speeding about 6 months ago and said that If I messed up one more time my license away.
So.. I am in a very bad situation....and it is not my fault.
and I have no real evidence that I was home when this took place....
any ideas on how I can prove to the judge that It was not me and they have the wrong person?
