Im in university right now, thinking of doing some military work for experience.. help?

I don't want to be in the military full time or have to deploy overseas as I am a full time student.

Are there any plans where I can do some military training or work during the summer to help pay for university and to also gain the valuable experience?

Something along the likes of a 4 month program or something.
