Im in the market for a new car, help!!! Should i go with a 2000 BMW 325 or a

1999 Volvo S80 T6? Really i want to know ho these cars stand up against each other. Which ones maintenance is less expensive? How long does each generally last with regular maintenance? And most important of all, is these as big of an aftermarket market for Volvo's?
 
I recently just purchased a 2001 S80. After careful research (and speaking to 3 mechanics) I went ahead and bought it. It's got high mileage and is a little "worn" i.e. leather cracks, etc.
But you CANNOT beat the safety and dependability of a Volvo.
Both makes are expensive to maintain since *normally* a lot of major problems and parts have to come from an approved dealer of theirs. But the Volvo is faaaaar cheaper.
