SOMEONE HELP FIND SOME ARTI? WE WAS TALKING AND HE WAS USING VERBAL LANGUAGE I MAD SO HE ASK ME TO FIGHT

isnt MOST language verbal...i mean woulda been slightly odd if he was talking to you in sign language

There is a reason why he would say that to you. What did you do to piss him off?
 
Its hard to fight your chain of command your going to need to log events and try to get witnesses or other evidence i suggest using a voice recorder. once you collect a shred of evidence notify IG (inspector general) and continue to collect evidence! If you have sufficient evidence IG will take good care of you. Good luck!

Edit: Some people shouldn't be leaders you will be doing the army a favor by cleaning this filth
