...involved with that? Yes im active duty military, "army". And I been dating a non-US woman from Israel. Shes from Russia but came from Israel, with a company that works in the mall. So she's under a work Visa, for six months.... I really like her, and so dose she. We talked about this already but I want to know all options for the both of us... the first one I came up with is Marriage.... I told my unit, they say I can do it, without getting in trouble, but don't support it... so here are my questions....
1) If I marry her, can she stay here in the states with me?
2) If so, what extra stuff would she and I have to do?
3) Do we have to involve INS?
4) is it better to marry her now or right before her Visa is expired?

Im afraid that her company may send her back for something stupid, I want her to stay, that's why im pushing the issue.

I don't know what all you have to do to marry this girl but I do know that if you have a security clearance, a foreign marriage has to be declared to your SSO.

I would advise you that marrying a girl you 'really like' is probably not a recipe for success.

It's better to wait util she is a citizen until you get married. Otherwise, and this may seem impossible to you, she could just get pregnant, divorce yo, take everything you have for the rest of your life, and still be a legal american citizen years before she normally would have. I've seen it done before, with my dad and two of his friends.
