Im ill a day after having sex?

I have a long term relationship and when he comes to visit and we have relations the next day I am always sick.

The intercourse is extreme and afterwords I am exhausted but the next day I get a migrane.

Sometime I started my period weeks early twice, and once I blacked out the next day.
This isn't unusual for me I have had to go to the urgent care once and the hospital another time.
I am trying to figure out how protected sex can make me so ill.

Anyone know?
 
maybe its too rough. your body can only handle so much and sex is like exercising, if you over do it you can pass out or be really sore the next day.
i recomend a nice and slow night
 
not sure..but how about start using protection just to be sure he's not passing on some kind of infection or disease.
