I'm hearing a wierd noise in my 99 Dodge Caravan. Transmission issue?

The van has been running just fine for several months but then today out of nowhere, it starts to make a noise and slips into neutral at stop signs. Then it won't go until RPMS reach like 2000 and it slams into gear.

The noise it is making happens anytime the engine is revved. It sounds like it's coming from the lower side of the engine/Transmission. It sound like a buzzing...

Anyone have any clue what could be going on??
 
check your transmission fliud level first to eliminate the obvious.
make sure the engine is ON and the transmission is in Neutral. the torque converters in the caravans don't spin in park and you need it to spin so you can get an accurate reading.
