im having weird periods? help?

Last month i started my period on may 22. it lasted until june 7th... which is 2 and a half weeks... well now 2 weeks after my period stopped it has started again but the blood is VERY thick and completely BLACK. usually i have my period for 3-4 days and its every 38 days. what could be going on. its kind of scaring me! please help
