you could always do it online but that sounds like you are already doing that.. um it says that the hours are 6 am - 11 pm and that there is an emergency line that is 11 pm to 6 am (800) 922-0204 and there is a prepaid service that is 24 hours.. which doesnt make a lot of sence considering probably more people have a regular contract but its (888) 294-6804 sorry i wasnt much help once you get a hold of them you could ask them
