I fist got the reclaim in August.Almost immediately I started having problems. It froze and wouldn't play youtube videos and it always froze when I got a text or picturemail. In November it kept turning off and on by itself and wouldn't load past the start up screen. Sprint gave me a replacement of the same phone. About two weeks later it started again,and it's not even my old phone!It won't play youtube and always freezes.It turns off and on by itself and once again doesn't go past the startup screen. Is there anything I can do? Can I get a different phone?I just restarted my contract in August and upgraded from the Katana LX which had way fewer problems than this phone!I honestly don't know what to do!Please help!
