Im having problems with my car. Idk what to do?

I just bought a car about a week ago and im already having problems with it. I took it back and the people supposably fixed it but a couple days later its acting up again. Its a 2008 and only has 3000 miles. Would i be able to take it back to the dealer and get my old car that i traded it for? pLease help
