I'm having problems with my 1992 Dodge ram van 250.?

Sometimes, the van will not start. It will turn over, but not start. Other times, it starts up just fine. We had the starter and battery checked, they said they where both good. the speedometer quit working for a litter bit, but started working again. What could be the problem?
two weeks ago, we had the float and fuel pump replaced.
 
check the fuel pressure on it chances are you may have a fuel pump going bad on it or a coil starting to go out,its a good starting point to find out whats causing that too happen,good luck.
