i get really bad anxiety and i get depressed sometimes , i all so have episodes where i get really exited for no reason or really depressed for no reason like at times where i should be happy, i all ways get the urge to go out and buy something and the urge doesn't go away till i buy something and then i feel bad for buying it, my mind is all ways going through scenarios over and over Again about different situations and my mind is all ways racing with thoughts and prevents me from sleeping... i need help, i dint think im crazy and i cant afford a doctor... i can barely even afford enough food to keep me alive,.. i am underweight for my height,.. can anybody help me out?
