I'm having my period during summer camp?

So i am going to summer camp for 1 week and in that week i will be on my period, but here is the thing, i use tampons cause pads are gross and at night we sleep for 10 hours, and i cannot leave the cabin at night so could i just leave my tampon in every night for 10 hours even though the instructions say no more than 8?
 
i still leave mine there for about 11 hours so you'll be fine.
nothing ever happens to me and i've been doing it for about two years.
well;; depending on how much your body and hold you may or may not.
 
yea its fine. if you read about tss you will see its extreamly rare. so they second you get up take it out. and dont make this a usual thing. but for just this one time your ok. actually i do it all the time and im ok. But after the first two nights do you really need to even sleep with one in?? becuase i dont. But just know it wont kill you. i understand pads are disgusting
 
you will likely be fine, but frankly, I don't believe that they would not let you go to the bathroom. In fact, it would be illegal for them to deny you bathroom facilities, so I suspect you are stretching the truth here.
 
Yes... It is definitly fine. :) Just take it out early in the morning when you get up. I'm quite surprised they won't let you go to the bathroom at night. I find that weird... And I'm sure if you talk to the councelers about the situation, it would be ok. :) Have fun at camp!
