I'm having a weird period?

My period this month was Very odd. It came 2 days early and it was Very heavy, Very dark, and lots of small clots. This lasted for 3 days and then almost nothing. I am ttc and had a natural mc in feb. Do you think this is something that I could be concerned about?
 
I would think so. I had a MS in March and my first AF was the same way. Then 3 days after I stopped I felt like I was going to start again. My Doc said it was just my body was still in shock and it would take a little time to get back to normal.
