Im having a problem with my car amp.?

I have a Pioneer GM-5400T 2 channel amp. Everything is hooked up right but the power light on the amp won't stay on, it keeps flashing on and off. I have double checked the power wire and its fuse, the ground wire, the remote wire, the speaker wires, and the fuses on the amp. Any suggestions? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
