im having a lot of pain during sex and when touching the area?

so, just outside my vagina, just the very outside on the right im having a lot of pain when its touched. i felt it and it feels just like a little hard bump not even. its not noticeable when lookin at it but it hurts a lot! any ideas of what this is?
