...supposed to be horderves)? i wanted to do a fillet of venison, with a chocolate red wine sauce, so like wen people come to my table i would have somebody carve a piece of the venison fillet, and then spoon sum sauce over, do u think that is a gud idea? or wuld the venison get to dry and tough after sitting out? i wana do something with venison,please only answer if you hav knowledge of the culinary arts!
