Im Got tired from Contact us php form, please help?

Hey all please i want the help about this i have a website with Godaddy Deluxe Hosting please! and this hosting allow me so receive contact form email , etc...
please help me i know the problem is from the php file ... please give me the detail and how this form works,, im my website has two file for contact form #1 is contact.php
my email for website to recive is : [email protected]
