im going to the gym and not sure what to do?

I'm a female 5'7 and I weigh 134. I'm basically trying to lose my stomache. What excatly should I do at the gym. What machines should I use? How long ? And how many days a week? Thanks so much!
 
it depends what caused you to gain your stomach. treadmill for 30 min, then core muscle strengthening should do the trick.good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
