Hello Everybody. Recently i got a rumor touch for sprint. it SUCKS. I'm on my 5'th replacement. and all the other 4 where defects. 1st one just restarted and stayed at "PLEASE WAIT" forever. Second ones Speaker was Not working AT ALL. 3'd ones MIC stopped working. and 4'th one just kept restarting out of the blue. And now with this 5'th phone piece of garbage.. It loses network Every 5 minutes. Restarts when i slide it open. and many other pathetic problems!. It's only been 3 months. and this is my 5'th replacement
So As a result, Tomorrow I'm going with my dad to sprint. And We're going to bitch. In an attempt to get a FREE blackberry (my friend has one and it had no problems). So Basically I'm not sure as to what to say to get the phone. I can't really pull the "Lemon's Law" out there.. because it only refers to cars??... But i really need some help on what to say. Because i'm gonna want this to be the bitching of the century. With the blackberry as a result. Thank you!
