plan for the day..? Breakfast(10:30)- 2 blueberry panacakes with 2 scrambled eggs and sugar free syrup
Lunch(1:00)- 2 mandarin oranges with cheese crisp and light tortilla
Snack(3:30)- 1 cheese stick
Dinner(5:30)- OLIVE GARDEN!! I usually eat 2 bread sticks and 2 plate fulls of salad than exactly 1/2 of my meal, seafood fettucini!
Do you think i'll gain any weight or be too terribly bloated??
I go to the gym 3-4 times a week but i won't be tomorrow but tomorrow i'll be cleaning for like a few hours around the house to prepare for my big party on Saturday.
Im about 4'11''-5'0'' and 99lbs
i've never been higher than 98 lbs!! I got down to 95 and stayed there for a whole year but now im up to 99 cuz i've been pigging out alot. After my birthday, i'm going on a strict diet that consists of about 1,600 calories daily wether i exercise or not that way the days i do exercise i'll be burning far more calories than days i dont cuz either way i'll be eating the same. Then 1 day a week i'll treat myself to 2,000 calories a day. Right now, since i've gained the weight, i've been eating 2,100+ calories!! I used to eat about 1,500-1,700 than i slowly started creeping up, so i'm changing that real soon! Im not growing much anymore, i'm a short person and always will be! The doctor says i'm about fully grown now. So i won't be depriving my body from calories. I'll be just fine. I hate being fat and puffy looking! I always have had problems with my body.. im a very self concious person
