Im getting my first bike thinking of 2009 ninja 250 or 2009 hyosong gt250r?

ive riden befor and am looking at getting my first road bike
and i like the hyosong gt250r as it is a full size bike and cheap with 2 year warrenty but the resale on one is not great.
on road cost was about $7200

but the ninja 250 is more expenisive it feels smaller but the specs say it is tha same and resale is better on the ninja an it is a bigger company more well known brand. on cost was about $8800

can someone help me out here
I live in australia i really like the hyosung how it is the some size as a 650 and i want to go new cause i want a warrenty
 
the ninja is a better buy. Kawasaki is more of an upper class compared to the hyosung. Also the hyosung has a reputation of rusting easily. I know someone that got a hyosung and the tank was rusting after about a half a year.
