I'm getting a lab pup for outdoors... what house should I get?

I'm getting a 3 month year old lab pup and I need to restrict it to staying in the patio area. Should I get a crate, kennel, or a dogloo?

Thanks.
I'm planning on taking it out everyday at the dog park near my house.
omg... it's not going to be confined in the kennel/house/cage 24/7. o_O

I just don't want the puppy to pee near the fruit trees.
